Publication of chapters on the changing role of the science and technology policy advisor, an on rethinking the concept of development

Two chapters were published in edited book as a results of the conferences I gave at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studes in Potsdam at the end of 2012. The first is in the book Institutional and Social Innovation for Sustainable Urban Development, edited by Harald Mies and Klaus Topfer, and is available here.

The second was published in German, but was written in English and is available here.
