Publication of the report on Right to Development

In November 2013 the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights published a major report to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the declaration on the Right to Development adopted by the UN General Assembly. As a contribution to this volume, I wrote a chapter on human rights and democratic governance in development, which is available here.
