New institutions for innovation: the experience of the Science and Technology Program (FINCyT 1) in Peru

In 2014 Gonzalo Rivas y Sebastián Roviera edited a book on the Latin American experience with the creation of new institutions to promote innovation in the región. I contributed one of the chapter relating the experiencia of the Science and Technology Program at the Prime Minister’s Office, describing the achievements and difficulties we experienced with the program during the time I was Chairman of the Board.
