To celebrate its 60th anniversary, on August 18, 2015 the Diplomatic Academy organized a conference on “Training for diplomacy in the 21st century”. Together with Claudio Herzka, Diego de la Torre and Harry Belevan, I was invited to participate in a panel to cover the issues of diplomacy, foreign policy, science and technology.
