Presentation of the UNDP Human Development Report 2013

At the invitation of Mrs. Rebeca Arias, Resident Representative of the UNDP and United Nations Coordinator in Peru, I took part in the presentation of the UNDP Human Development Report 2013. The theme of the report is “The Rise of the South: Human Progress in a Diverse World” and the notes I used in my comments are available (in Spanish) here.
