Peruvian Utopia and National Project

The Medical Professional Association of Peru (Colegio Médico del Perú) organized a set of conferences on the future of Peru during October-November 2016, and invited me to make a presentation on the subject of Peruvian Utopia and Nationa Project on October 25th.
