The Latin American Economic System (SELA), UNIDO and the National Industrial Association organized a seminar on innovation, local production arrangements and competitiveness. As chairman of the Board of the Program on Science and Technology in the Prime Minister’s Office (FINCyT) I made a presentation on the characteristics and achievements of FINCyT.
