Epistemology of public policies for science and technology

The School of Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos invited me to participate in a panel on the epistemological foundations of science and technology policies, in which I shared the podium with Nicolás Lynch, Eduardo Ísmodes and Marta Valdivia un June 2018.
