Seminar on Graduation and Middle-Income Countries organized by the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI)

On November 28-29, 2012 the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI) organized a seminar with the participation of representatives of sister agencies in Latin America, and of several international experts in the subject. The objective was to review the concept and practice of “graduations” from international cooperation and aid from the perspective of middle-income countries. With the collaboration of researchers from FORO Nacional Internacional, I gave the last conference of the event, and prepared the final report with a summary of the discussions.
