Launch of the book: “Ciencia, tecnología, innovación: políticas para América Latina”. 2011

Following the publication of my book by the Fondo de Cultura Económica, Lima/México, in April 2011, we had launching events in Lima, Bogotá, San José, México, Madrid and Arequipa, with the participation of leading authorities, researchers and intellectuals in each of these cities.
