Interviews in the SciDev portal

In June-July 2014 the SciDev portal published two interviews I gave on science, technology and development. The first is available here and focused on the need to have science and technology capabilities to understand the global changes under way at present, and to take advantage of the opportunities and limit the threats the pose. The second, which is available here , deals with the lessons learned in Latin America regarding science and technology policy.
