Conference of the Organization of Iberoamerican States (OEI) on science, technology and education

In November 2014 I participated in the OEI conference in Buenos Aires. The session I was involved in focused on science and technology policies, and was chaired by Mario Albornoz, the Director of the Iberoamerican Network of Science and Technology Indicators (RICyT), with the participation of Spanish professor Miguel Angel Quintanilla, and the Argentinian vice-minister for science and technology, Ruth Ladenheim.
