Policy brief for the Open Forum on Sciences in Latin America and the Caribbean (CILAC)

At the request of the UNESCO Regional Office for Latin America I prepared a policy brief proposing the creation of a “Regional Program on Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean” which was presented at the CILAC meeting in Panama in October 2018.
